If you read the question it said what scales are good for accuracy and quality not can someone tell me what to use other than a set of scales. All i have been advised is to look in the mirror and see how I feel. The question is what sales are goodefor accuracy and quality. I'm happy to see others options and opinions but at the end of the day I want some scales thanks to you all who have actually told me some scales that you use.

They won't break the bank (in fact they cost us nothing because we used the nectar point to purchase them!) and may guide you and let you work out if they are what you want... All the literature does state that you cannot compare results with different models though - so you should pick on and watch for changes on that one and that one only.

Thanks for your advice I have just got a set similar to these. I'm happy with that and agree to get a more accurate results I would need to seek professional advice and equipment.

I don't think any scales are much good for body fat which is what others are saying

I have some WW digital scales which are going strong after several years, not even a battery change. My weight does fluctuate but I can't really blame the scales for this :whistle:

Think I got them from Tesco, they do KGs, stones & lbs, lbs
