web page advice needed

is anyone on here a wizard that can tell me where I can get this image feature ?

Is it ebays own image software or is it something I can download from somewhere ? I want to use it for thumbnails of photos on my own webpage I am constructing .

its not an image gallery I need really. I use Picassa which is excellent.

What I want is the same thing that is on the ebay page where there is a large image in the centre and lots of thumbnails around it. Pass your mouse over the thumbnails and it puts that thumbnail full size in the centre image frame .

how does this work then ?

it looks like it just displays one image and then you get the other thumnails to show by clicking on text links which isn't what I want really.
Take a look at the ebay link and try the image viewer out and see what I mean.

no I was hoping to use a wysiwyg M S Frontpage or Publisher
