No lights, no reflectors, no mudguards, no helmet, no hi-viz, no chain to be slack. Nice hook on the front for his shopping bag though.

When did the regulations on reflectors and stuff come into force. I reckon it was around 1980-something, which would mean he's within the law by about 120 years!
