Yes but I did know her name then. All the suppliers who dealt with her had the same opinion as myself but some were more dependent on her orders although some properties dealt direct. They were never very good customers and switched to cheap Chinese rubbish whenever it became freely available.
This is why I just address everyone as "darling"
