Waterproof Pannier to Fit 17.3 Inch Laptop?

As the title says I'm looking to commute to work, but often need to take my PC home and back again. It's a beast of a laptop (used for CAD), so comes with annoying proportions of: 36.1mm x 416.7mm x 270.6mm.

Naturally it needs to be waterproof, and ideally plenty of room for charger etc. I'm assuming I'll need double sided panniers so i can take in clothes, towel food for the day.

Any ideas? Ortlieb seems to the "the" brand, but can't seem to find one big enough.

Any help would be great!

Messenger bag? Should take your aircraft carrier plus clothes towel snacks with room to spare. Ortleib do a waterproof one, but I've ridden with a TimBuk2 in a torrent and the stuff inside has stayed dry. Not aware of a pannier large enough to take your beast though the adaptability of a roll top Ortlieb Classic means it can be used to carry stuff which is nominally too tall.
