I wash most things after a ride, the gloves are a bit less frequent however. I tend not to wear a fully waterproof jacket too often however so these don't get washed too often and when they do its with something like nikwak. I tend to wear softshell jackets more and these get washed after 1-3 rides depending on circumstances.

Don't put anything with exposed velcro in the washine machine with your best bibshorts

I put mine in my socks when I wash them.

I wash my shorts and base layer by hand after every ride, waterproofs not so often. Can't remember when I last washed my gloves maybe I'll just nip off and do them now.

If ya wash too often and too hot then it will eventually damage your kit.

Wash everynow and then but use 'soapflakes' they're a softer detergent and kinder to your kit. If ya worried about things then wash by hand. If ya jacket starts losing it's waterproofness *sometimes* re-proofing it with something like nikwax can help.
