Is there some spare sympathy going?
I have done a total of 1 hour in the last 2 weeks! 45 mins on SUnday and 15 mins turbo on Monday.
As I may have complained a while back, I have just gone through a life changing operation (minor procedure they called it too!). Although my two veg are now back to their normal pink colour, there's still some swelling (and not in a good way). Sitting on the bike gets a bit uncomfy after a while!
What's more, the racing season starts on the 1st of March!
