Currently have a pair of PBK team bib longs and they are excellent.

However there has been the odd morning now and again when heading off to work that I've thought I could do with something a wee bit warmer.

So can anyone recommend a nice warm pair please?.

Not that well up on kit being a newbie to cycling - The PBK longs are Super Roubaix fleecey ones.

Whats the difference between "Super" Roubaix and just plain auld "Roubaix"?.

Is there anything warmer?.

I got a pair of bib longs from Aldi's the last time they had cycling kit in stock but I didn't get the right size as they were the last ones in stock in only one size and I just chanced it to see if they would fit or not. They seem to be much thicker fabric than the PBK ones, looking for something like that, thicker and a wee bit warmer.

Any thoughts people?.

Ta.

DHB Merstons are amazing value and really warm, they are quite thick and are fleecey inside. I have the 3/4 length ones, but I think they also do full length, but 3/4 is fine for me all year round.

I've got two pairs of these -

one without, and one with padding.

They kept me nice and warm yesterday morning in the wind and two degree cold.

I'd agree with the dodgy about the DHB Merstons. I have full bibs and 3/4s and would replace both like-for-like no problems. They do for me.

Yes I can, Yes I am, Yes I did...Repeat.
I can recommend the Goretex windstoppers....even when it was well below freezing th eother week my legs were still warm enough..and funnily enough when the weather warms up I still wear them a fair bit.
