I had to watch the game via BBC i-player due to being more than a little bit poorly in the morning and early afternoon.

Was not impressed by the Scots once again. Very flattering scoreline. Gatland making 6 changes in 5 mins didn't help the continuity either. Didn't think Stephen Jones had that good a game considering the platform he had. Hook probably would of made the Scots pay more heavily for their lack of ambition/skills.

But Wales still lack that killer instinct. If a S.H. side were playing the Scots then a minimum of 50 points would of been scored not 26. So Wales have still got a way to go yet.

Wales were good but can still improve - so better to come I believe. The France and Ireland games will be fantastic (victories) I hope.
Must say that the Ireland France game was more entertaining tho'!

+1. That was a cracking game with both teams playing well.

Scotland were bloody awful in the first half and Wales really punished them for it. Good starter for them though they eased off a bit in the second half and still won comfortably. England on the other had only won because Italy played so poorly.

Its between France, Ireland and Wales for me. The games between them will be cracking. Italy for the wooden spoon.
