Wiggins is already out - apparently he needs a 'training block' to prepare for his Classics targets. I just don't think his heart is really in this any more.
I know what you mean. Froome dips out of the T-A, Wiggins out of this one. A conspiracist would think they're avoiding each other. The Cycling News story could be kosher though.
