They feel good on all surfaces.have not seen the fairy yet. Loads of grip seem to be wearing well.although still early days on that score. They have not got the feel of the ZX ultremo.s but they look like they are a lot tougher. Have never used the normal Rubinos so I cant compare to them. I would think you would be happy with them.I use the 23mm ones. Would be nice to try the 25s but I don't have the clearance.

Did a 155 miler today on the new tyres. Very pleased with them. They do roll very well and have great grip.
