78 on the brakes. Which after a bit of lubrication of the pivots and a replacement of the rear cable and housing have been setup tonight.
Tyres are a bit old a crusty but the tubs hold air so I am hoping for a test spin tomorrow.

Thank you. I discounted a couple of them as there was not brazed on pump mount, but bit sure if the changed that year on year.
I am very chuffed with it though, I think I'll just generically restore it as a Carlton and not worry about defining its model. Last night's mechanical inspection revealed nothing other than it needs a strip down, service and rebuild. Replacement cables, chain, tyres and tubes will be on the cards too.
