Now you've made me think about how to describe Jeremy Vine in a way that translates across the Atlantic and that is a thing that none of us want to see.
The bike workshop I volunteer in has Radio 2 on all day. But we play it on delay so that JV comes on at 2.00 and we then immediately switch back to realtime play.
I have to agree! @cycleops linked me to a 9 minute beating of my ears. I watch SO little TV, NO news, and DEF no talk shows, and jv is the perfect example of why I do not. If I want to hear people just talk on top of one another and not listen at all to each other, I could always call a relative. (Don't do much of that with THOSE kind either.) Then again it may have just been his evil desire to torture a Yank. Not sure.
I was thinking more of the ease of overtaking than the however many abreast bit.
I also didn’t really notice the summit as looked on my phone, at the pic. It’s not very big on there.
That was my thinking too. They're cycling 2-up with a bit of offsetting like any group of experienced cyclists would do - but maybe not as tidy as some would like. Absolutely no problem to overtake when safe to do so.
