Another instance of mobile phone video being used as evidence if I recollect was the little obnoxious oik giving the conductor a load of abuse on a Scotrail service for not having the right ticket. 'Big Man' threw him off the train resulting in him suffering some cuts and bruises. Weren't the pair of them prosecuted on that evidence?

I wouldn't say as such. It is more to do with it being an incident on the road than anything else.
The Police aren't that interested in policing the roads, as we have seen for quite some time.
