have had various saddle wedges down the years, but now prefer to use the spare bottle cage, with an old bidon on the commuter and a vittoria made-for-purpose cylinder on the posh bike..
Yebbut my most-used bikes don't have a cage for a bottle (I use a clamp-on cage), let alone a spare. Given the 531c sticker and the age of the bag, maybe the OP is in the same situation?

Wilkos sell them for a fiver. I just bought one today Fits really well and just big enough to put some levers , inner tube and a compact pump in. It will also expand if needed.. It appears to be of good quality to .
I bought the bag from Wilko yesterday. It's at a good price and has good value and quality. It's just the right size for my needs. It holds a spare tube, tyre levers. multi tool and a puncture repair kit (also from Wilko for £1!). There is room for more if it were expanded. I recommend this bag over all the other suggestions.

I managed to squeeze in that ropy old lock. It fits securely and I added a toe-strap for added safety.

It comes with a water proof over bag as well.
