Well I'm 125kg or so.
My old hard tail takes the abuse with fox forks and hope hubs .
New bikes with stock wheels are not always good
Then get those 🤷♂️

The cones won't lock because it's a junk formula hub as mentioned
😂😂😂😂😂 Bell end
£400 for a pair of 29" disc brake tubeless wheels is not expensive kit which is probably why the hub is falling apartA reasonable way to describe complaining about very expensive kit and wanting recommendations for even more expensive kit without even saying what the problem with the very expensive kit is.
Yes they have branded formula hub and Alex rims so not the best.Synchros is just Scott's in house brand in the same way as Trek's Bontrager. It's just a brand slap on something bought from a factory in Asia. It's only as good or as bad as the manufacturer beneath the sticker. Scott bikes are super expensive generally. I would look for some hubs suitable for downhill maybe Hope Pro 4 hubs.
Set up quite stiff. 29" wheelsHey @Biker BoB , what bike do you have? Also what size tyres are on the bike because I was wondering how much cushion there is in the ride quality? Thanks.

I'm going for a Chris king hub.
I will also use DB spokes rather than plain gague....🙄
