Having led from the start I feel my team is getting a bit tired and I don't think we'll make it to the finish at the top. Unless Cav pulls something out of the bag for us tomorrow, or VdP is VdP and does something amazing at an unexpected time, I'm relying on my slightly lacklustre GC three of Almeida, Bilbao and Pozzo.

The breakaway has been caught. It was a valiant effort but after being out in the wind for the entire race Team Proboscis could not hold on for the final sprint.
