V Brakes, driving me nuts

Hi, unfortunately my bike doesn't have the option to swap to disks, but why are my brake constantly rubbing? I cannot seem to get them adjusted correctly, in fact the front is so bad I have disconnected it.

Has any got any tips or sites that could explain how these things are supposed to work or be setup?
