Used Fondriest advice

I am looking at buying my first road bike and have come across this one after looking for a good few weeks for a one.

I just want to get your views on this see it is worth buying

Always better to try before you buy but this looks a decent bike at a great price.
Looks like a standard double chainset and probably a 25 tooth max on the back, if you are living in a hilly area you may struggle with the gearing. You should be able to fit a 30 on the back without changing the rear mech but see how you get on first.

Yes, a 52cm should be spot on.

Well worth a look to get a feel of the seller - ask for receipts etc.

I bought it. The seller is an extremely keen cyclist and it has been looked after very well and recently serviced which is good. Cant wait to get out on it tomorrow

My daughter has a Fondriest she got off my ex. Excellent bike. I had to swap over to a compact as gearing was too tough.
