You said you had a square taper BB which would be an internal one. The one linked is Hollowtec2 which would work (may need to face bb) but bb30 is different again, not sure where that came from!

So BB linked should work if the BB is 'faced'? Sure BB30 is not involved here.

That looks like the BB in my initial link which another poster said wouldn't fit!!

I fitted an older version of 105 that was HT2, not sure what 5700 as I do not use it.

Yes, but you don't need to buy it as it already comes in the package. BB30 is not involved here at all, someone linked a hollowtech 2 bottom bracket and labled it as BB30.
