What a wicked picture , i wonder what those big chain rings ride like ?

Going back to trying to id this one some one has suggested W.P. Newton so had a google search and came up with this thread https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/234809/ rear seat stay caps look very similar

The Newton family owned various bike shops in the west London area. Until fairly recently a couple of members of the family still had shops in that area. One in Hanwell and the other near Fulwell.

Just a quick update this now resides in my shed as there is no room in the garage ^_^
Got no idea what i am going to do with it at the moment
I might just get it rideable as is and it can be one of my winter steeds and if i get time i can slowly remove / tidy up the dark blue paint to see what i find underneath .
Or it might get blasted and treated to a powder coat then built up
Or it might just be sold as a project
so who knows
