Just a thought, why not put your bike next to a brick wall so you have a background reference and take a photo, then do the same on the other bike in the same place. Overlay the photo's and play spot the difference.

I'll give that a shot. Though the fixed is track geometry so I don't know if it'll help or just confuse me.
