Avid BB7 come in a road version which should work with road levers- I wouldn't like to say for certain though. Be aware they also come in a mtb version which have a different cable pull for flat bar V levers (and Tektro 'something' drop bar levers which I use on the commuter)

Yup, I have the road version BB7's running with 105 sti's and they do work very well.
So can imagine that Ultegra would work just as well.

Ah yes, but that's made of plastic and fairy dust! ^_^

The C59 Disc is going to be ready for hydraulic discs (the Formula levers on the Di2/EPS bikes are designed to work with hydraulics). Formula and TRP will both have hydraulic-compatible Di2 levers available this year. For standard Di2 (or EPS) levers, it would be either a hydraulic converter box (like Hope's or TRP's), or cable-operated discs- BB7 Roads, Shimano BR-R505s (which I have with Ultegra 9 speed on the Portland), and so on.

Disc brakes on a Colnago just look wrong
You do know it'll be in any colour Colnago offer, right? The all-black option looks great.

And as for discs: I think Ernesto would say it looks right. And discs make a hell of a lot of sense for road bikes.
