Tyre sizing

Hi everyone

I'm trying to change the tyres on my daughters bike but all I can find is these numbers on the wheel 28 x 1 5/8 x 1 1/8 7000 (could be 700c. It's hard to see). I have no idea how to find a hybrid tyre to match as she refuses to change her bike.

Can anyone help please.

You'll need a 700c tyre,which come in a variety of widths. . 28mm is a good match for 1 1/8 inch width.
