Tyre size and pressure

I got 2 spare rims for my bike that i am trying to sort. They are 26x1.5/1.95 what size tyres should i put on there. They currently have 26x2.10 don't know if this is right.

Also what pressure range shall i use.

You can use your current tyres. Pressures depend where you are going to use it. On road pump them up to max specified on the tyre wall, if you want a more comfortable ride reduce them a bit.
