TOP TIP: Rather than set up recurring meetings for reminders like this, use recurring tasks. That way your calender is not speckled with 5 minute meetings.
Glad I'm not the only one that has loads of recurring tasks: "take stuff home", "check this", "don't forget that".:blush:

Also if its cold in the morning the tyre will fell softer then when its had time to warm up, so if you pumped yours tyres up when it was warm they will feel softer when its cold.

Just tried it now after 5 hours in the warm and it's feeling a lot more inflated than it did so seems it's just a case of losing air (Not pumped it up in 8 weeks)

On yer Bike ! - each weekday at 16:00

Seeing people riding soft tyres, the rims squidging towards the tarmac at every bump, makes me wince. Get a proper pump and use it once a week.

(in fact, for ease of use, two pumps: a track pump for regular home use and a mini-pump for emergency on the road).

Haha yeah I have a decent track pump at home ironically ! I think it was the fact that I was intending to go on a different bike today but saw the weather forecast and picked the Road bike.

Not so much the pump (weekly pumping), just check the pressure with hands or a guage if you like it to be a certain level.

Sorry to butt into the thread, but what should I be running 700x23 Shwalbe Stelvios at, pressure wise?.

I had them up at 100psi but the bike feels much more comfortable with them at 80 ish psi?. Less jarring and harshness through the bars.

Is it ok to run them at that or should I bump them back up to 100?.
