Drop bars, 40/60% split between front and rear for weight distribution: upright posture bike could be 20/80% split! I use 4 bar/ 5 bar on tourer and 3 bar/ 5 bar on Brommy.

Road bike: 110 on both
Cyclocross: 80 on both for urban routes, 50 for off road routes
MTB: 50 on the rare occassion it's ridden on the road, 25 for MTB trails

Nice one Lanzecki, not seen that before.

It was linked in a previous topc. I cannot vouch for its accuracy, but I came down from 120 front and back and it's much more comfertable, feels as stable, and no punctures etc.

That said, I use Durano plus tyres. No punctures... So far.

If you are running as low as 35 psi you risk getting 'pinch punctures'. The tube could also move around seperating the valve from it.
others (more experienced) were running lower pressures than me. in fact I had the highest pressures of the 3 of us out at the weekend and mine are set to the minimum that the tyre states, so I was hoping that they would be OK on a mtb..
