Tyre Pressure Question

This may be a daft question.

I have just had a Conti Gatorskin tyre fitted on my rear wheel by my LBS. (Yeah, I should have done it myself I know!)

Can anybody tell me what the recommended tyre pressure should be when I come to blow it up as I couldn't see anything written on the side of the tyre?

Tyre size is 700 x 25c.

tyre pressure is dependent on your weight and the type of roads you ride on. The number on the sidewall is not the 'recommended' pressure anyway - it is usually the rated safe maximum pressure, which is almost always not the same thing.

I have these tyres and normally inflate to 110-115. I think the max is around 120-125. I'm just the right side of 17 stone

According to contis website max inflation is 120 psi, recommended inflation is 95 psi.

115 I think. Take it right up, regardless of weight.
