Looks like the Decathlon one I bought a while ago. Could never get on with it to be honest. Took me ages to pump up post punct***. Just difficult to get air in. Gave up in the end and bought a mini Lezyne with the screw on hose.
+1 for the addition (when practical) for a floor pump as well, especially one with a gauge. You can never really tell pressure properly
It is the Decathlon pump Diggs. Bloody nightmare trying to inflate tyres with it.

Malcermie, that's a ridiculously cheap price for a floor pump!
Any problems with it? Looks like it locks onto the valve.

I have this, never had a problem.

No help to you now but....
+1 to carry on a ride
Track pumps are worth every penny. Easily gets your tyres to the correct pressure.
Another +1 , il have both but if you want to run only 1 pump...

.
Yep i've just dug it out again and it's still far from ideal (took 5 or 6 attempts to get any air in at all - not what you want on a wet roadside!), one of the very few things I've bought from Decathlon that was a disappointment.
Track pumps are invaluable but you need something (co2 or mini) to take with you. If for an extra tenner you get a track pump at home too, Brilliant!

I've been using a mini pump for a while now and thought my tyres were fine,
well I got a track pump today and just had to test it out. The tyre pressure was 30psi (with the mini pump)
The track pump put in 100psi without any problem, so now the bike should go alot better now

Is the mini pump now in the bin?

I have a Topeak mini pump. It works OK. I always give a good wetting of spit into the connecting bit to lubricate it to slip over the valve.

I thought the mini pump was good.I've been riding the bike for months with about 30-40 psi in the tyres.so in the bin it goes.

Good idea.the pump did come with a bracket to attach it to the bike

Bin it.

30 psi means you have to go home.

Get a decent topeak for under £15.00 and it means you day is not spoilt. It can get to 100 psi with not much trouble. I normaly carry a CO2 can and use the topeak as an emergency or if i have loads of time. I would never dream of going home due to a tyre under pressure.

just saving him the cost of 2 pumps give he has one already - but I have a leyzne road drive which i know I can easily get 90psi out of without trying but in the past, when first starting out, something that got me to 30psi on the commute home from work on a dark wet night was better than nothing and getting home at 30psi is a lot quicker than walking home at 0psi!

I know what you are saying, and i am not in disagreement, but, the pump is faulty and one day it wont work. If it was £30 + i would say repair etc, but a decent topeak is £16.00 from CRC.

I suppose its like the RAC, AA etc, better to pay and have it just in case, than think, maybe next month.....
