tyre advice

I need new tyres for my SCR2 - 700x25

I would like something fairly p******e resistant - I tend to ride on country roads.

It came with Michelin Dynamic tyres which have done OK (2 p******rs in 1000 miles) but they have lots of deepish cuts in them so I think it's time to change.

Any suggestions for replacements?

From a recommendation on here I bought some Bontrager Hard Case Lites in that size from All Terrain Cycles, I've just done 1,000k so far with them.

A couple of small cuts, no punctures yet, I feel confident in their handling and they were around £11 or £12 each delivered.

So far so good.

Continental Ultra Gators and I have been told the Marathon + are good which I am going to try next.
