Friday 30min steady rollers or bc warm up.
Saturday race
Sunday 40-50 mile training ride.
The turbo sessions will rotate between threshold, base, VO2, anaerobic.
Usually the harder effort will be on the Thursday after a day off.
Tuesday training rides are through and off which average 20 mph which is consistent.
Sundays training rides are generally a mixture between some medium hills the odd sprint.
