I don't have any specific routines to be honest. do about 45 minutes of interval training with some background music!

I much prefer going out on the road but the mrs is just about to drop again so its convenient in the garage! Which reminds me...i must put that cassette on my spare wheel, give it a tyre and have it ready to go...thanks guys!

Including warm-up/cooldown? So like 10-20 mins actual training?

enjoy my cyclops fluid 2 ,but doesn't seem to matter which bike i put on it it doesn't seem as comfortable ....
gives a good workout it's really quiet ,but you can't really get out the saddle......
Had a little session on a wattbike at the london bike show and it was better than i thought it was going to be .....bugger that price tag
