Andy I think 4 out of the 7 guys here have semi compact cranksets with 28 cassette. Can you imagine?! My knees let out a little whine just thinking about it!
Especially so if Tommy had got lost in the Alps and ended up not on Col D Iseran but in Provence
I didn’t sleep so well the first two nights here. 3 hours sleep one night after the next. I could of easily ended up in Provence. But thankfully the tow rope I have attached to Lee’s bike saved the day! It was quite tough to be honest. I’ve spent the last two days in a bit of a haze. But thankfully last night I got a good eight and a half hours sleep so that should do the trick hopefully. We doing that ride over to Italy today for lunch so that should be ace.

Ouch! I feel your pain. I shared a small room with Rob The snorer. I nearly killed him.Serge saw I was suffering and gave me my own room on 4th night. What a nice guy.

That's why I never share anymore. I want my own space to chill and sleep and not worry about my snoring or anyone elses'.

Yeah totally agree. I paid extra for my own room and worth every penny! It was fine in the Pyrenees as we had a really really big room. But not here.

There was another group here when we arrived so I had to wait for them to move out.
