I've managed to press gang 2 of my brothers as well . My plan is to do the full route, them I'm not too sure . I'm badgering them to do some of the bkool/zwift/BRVR sessions and at some point do a Newhaven to Littlehampton in prep for the ToC 19.

I'm looking forward to it

Will be the biggest CC outing to date I've already booked one of our friends to come and stay and look after the wife for the day

I've booked 24 Nov for a week with Tenerife bike training.

Anyone fancies a generally warm winter week riding up Mt. Teide. Hurry up spaces going quickly

Just revived this re ToC and reduced price for BC members

Bike serviced, new rotors, pads. Wheels swapped to touring setup. derailleur setup for 40t Cass. Shifts smoothly across the whole Cass and three chainrings. It has a ridiculously low speed granny gear now, 2.5mph to go with it's nice 40mph topend gearing.

All wiped down in WD40, shiny I'll do a few dry rides to bed brakes in and check over ready for packing.

Two months to get to fitness back, lose a bit of weight.
