Having done thorough research on this subject, the shoe you put on first is the same one as you unclip first on the bike - FACT.

Really? I have no idea which shoe I put on first, but I always unclip the left first.. Will confirm in due time!

I don't think I've ever given the subject this much thought before, but I believe I do this as well.

Going to add to the crowd bursting your bubble - right shoe on first, but unclip the left first. Maybe you should research the order that socks are put on in relation to unclipping?
