Hi, Please can anyone recommend a brand of trouser clip? Just bought some off Ebay and threw them in the bin, they fell off after 5 mins, made from a baked bean tin I guess. Very smart reflective yellow but didn't do what it's supposed to

My old pair were proper, proper sprung steel that stopped the blood
Loads on Ebay, even plastic ones!! they wouldn't last until the garden gate....
Don't want high viz, just ones that work. You wouldn't think it would be difficult would you?

Thanking you all in advance,
Patrick

I don't know the brand but I just bought what the lbs had (metal ones), as you might guess they replaced a plastic one which had sprung off!

I use them; they're bands that fasten with a bit of velcro.

No danger of them coming off, or bending out of shape.

The ones I have even have twinkly red LEDs in, which is nice.

You may prefer something else.

I agree with you MickL, my comment was entirely in jest as you would have known had you ever seen my sense of fashion.
My own clips were lying around at work a few weeks ago, when a young whippersnapper spotted them and asked what they were for:eek: .

I use elastic bands, when you arrive the band can be left on so you dont missplace or lose. Loads of sizes to get the perfect fit.

I use some 20+ year old ones that came with my old Dawes. Made in Great Britain and everything! Not sure I could find you a supplier anymore though!
