The person in the staff meeting who is still trying to get us interested in a "team building day", on a ropes course or doing "trust and communication exercises".

For goodness sakes. If you think there are "issues" or the team "isn't bonding", why would playing silly games help the situation?
Having been on the planning side of these days, can I just say that those that are supposed to me making the decisions on what to do, don't.
It's more those running the event.
