Triple front derailier

Hi - had a problem getting into the higher gears (23 to 27) so I stupidly fiddled with the set-up of my front derailier (tiagra triple)....

Now can't get any of the top nine gears

Is there an easy way to put this right or should I get my bike shop to do it and how likely is it that I've broken something???

sounds like it needs adjust ing a bit, just go to youtube and type
