@The Brewer Is there play in your rear hub or cassette. My chain was slipping off for a while on back pedalling as I had a bit of play in mine

Yep I'm an idiot. Over adjusted things for today and nothings slipping just the chain falling off the bottom ring. Bit more adjustment and I'm a happy chap.
