Fair enough, lots of people don't like them because the owner is rich and they win things.

It was actually a post in support of the decision of Trek Segafredo to use recycled plastic, and a demonstration of the internal conflict of my desire for a much better world with my historical support of the UK-based cycling team in conjuction with a concern over the wider issues of road cycling as a sport and its responsibility to the world as a whole.

Although more than happy for it to descend into general silliness.

I have some sympathy with those who aren't keen on Ineos whose success is based on buying up all the best riders and buying all the best tech and support.

They appeal to me because they have a few British riders.
