Def something to keep in mind. Are the pedals easy to change as I might get clipless if I go into the country and then change to flat if I cycle into the City (Im new to this so dont want a pedal falling off mid cycle)

As long as you keep the pedal threads greased they are easy to change with correct spanner as long as you remember which way to loosen them.

Cool, will pick up these tools as I go along. At the moment I dont have a clue what I should own and what I should take out on rides. I will want 2 bottles of liquids (One water and one maybe a sugar drink) but apart from that im lost. All new to me

Two spare tubes and pump,3 tyre levers and piece of old tyre to use as tyre boot should you get hole in your tyre plus multi tool and a lot of peeps carry a spare link and chain tool .

Plus track pump for in the house for starters.

I would get him to check out your bike before you use it then , tyre pressures , brakes, gear indexing and make sure every nut is tight, the handlebars will be loose and will need to be lined up with front wheel , bought two bikes online, one from tredz and one from evans and both were set up incorrectly.

They are a joke. 2 times I have ordered from them and they have listed it being in stock and both times they didn't. The latest time was aweful.

Ordered item that was in stock, wasn't in stock and the didn't tell me.
Rang up after a week to ask where my item was, got told it had just come in today and it will get posted out tomorrow. This was in the morning around 10am, asked why it wouldn't be posted today so the said they would.
Got a email telling me they had dispatched the item recorded delivery next day.
3 days pass, nothing. I ask for the tracking number so I can see what is up. They then told me it was posted 2nd class.
2 weeks later nothing. Had to call them 3 days in a row and threaten them with bank/paypal action before they would refund me.
2 days later got a refund.
From start to finish it was around a month.

Never again!

Well I have bought 2 bikes from them and service is excellent, had an issue with one and they got it sorted out under warranty, took longer than expected, so they gave me a credit to spend online, cant beat that for customer service, top team
