Hi Paul, i can say that you must not skip breakfast at all, I have managed to loose 9 stone since January and i must say the only way to loose weight is eat a sensible diet and exercise as much as you can.


In January i couldn't even walk to the shop across the road ( for crap food) now i am looking at JOGLE next summer, i agree with JustT 100% little and often, oh and cut the Carbs (bread , pasta, potatoes and Beer!) until you are at a weight you are happy with, I am at a point where although I am not loosing weight as fast as I was I am loosing size as i am replacing the fat with muscle

Thanks to all who have taken the time and trouble to reply. I'm quite fired up now. Sorry if I've opened a can of worms!

Petecworld... that is fantastic, you should be so proud. If I'm supposed to cut carbs(which is what I thought you nedded for energy by the way) what on earth do I replace the pasta potatoes and bread with?

I would suggest tesco value milk chocolate digestive biscuits but on a recent trip to tesco was troubled to discover that they have put the price up to 50p. I remember not so long ago when they were 27p , happy days. I think asda still do the equivalent for around 40p so there may still be hope.
remember - carrot and stick works better than just stick.
