Depends - I've had great service in the Manchester store - I think they vary quite a bit between stores.

Priscilla, if you're heading out of Manchester a bit, Rick Green's in Handforth (nr Wilmslow) are excellent - they stock Bianchi, Specialized, Giant and Raleigh.
