Track League is coming!

The first FNTL at Halesowen is on May 7th. To give you all a chance to stretch your track legs and get used to your bike and our bends, Halesowen A & CC's coaches are offering riders three open training sessions.

They will start at 6:30 and will be held on Friday 16th, 23rd, and 30th April.

If you can't make these, Doug Pinkerton's excellent Thursday evening sessions may be an alternative - contact us to check.

It costs just five English pounds. Bike hire available - please let us know in advance.

In response to riders' feedback, we have made a few tweaks to the FNTL programme this year - more details soon!

I wish I was in the West Midlands.*

*almost certainly the first and only time I'm likely to make that statement.

See you there!

Not to sure?
Good session last night, well structured.

But by God didn't the temperature drop like a stone after the first hour.

By the time we finished I was bloody frozen, to the point that on the way home I had the heater in the car on max, plus the heated seat on max and I still hadn't warmed up by the time I got home, 14 miles later.

Note to self, take more clothes next week.......

Decided not to go tonight as I have a 150km Audax in the morning.

Hopefully, next week though?
