Track bike for a small 10 year old

I need to get hold of a track bike with 24inch wheels - as far as I can see there is nothing out there - Islabikes have discontinued theirs and I can't find any second hand ones. Dolan's kids track bike is too big - any ideas

Hi, thanks - I did look there, but unfortunately the only advice given is about road bikes and we specifically want a fixed wheel track bike

The 650 c wheeled Dolan cadet should be fine,my son had his at 9 and has just outgrown it aged 11 and he is small for his age
