I've also looked at it again several times and must admit it could well have been accidental so will also give him the benefit of the doubt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It does look bad the first few times because it looks like he is pulling at Impey, but if he just grabbed him for support then the higher speed Impey was moving at would make it look like that. I am not saying it was not malicious, but the evidence is nowhere near conclusive.

You also have to ask yourself why Bos would do that to the race leader (or anyone else, for that matter).

If you were looking to bring a man down deliberately there are far easier ways to do it without drawing such attention clip his wheel for example.....

Looks deliberate: Not in the sense that that was his intent, to throw him off but in the sense he realized he was in trouble and once he was in trouble, he knowingly hauled on him hard in an effort to save his own skin. Pretty cynical I'd say, on the strength of that footage.

Well, I can't help thinking that Bos was just trying to keep upright. A sling as has been noted would have sent him to the right, not the left. He's from the track ffs. Plenty of experience riding close.

Impey was bouncing around the field in that sprint. Personally, Bos there or not, I felt he would have gone down at some point.

Not sure Bos covered himself in glory, but equally not a bannable offence IMO
