I find it most odd, & indeed sad, that there's no feature on it in this weeks edition of Cycling Weekly

Granted, details were released too late for publication dated 10th December
Then, again, nothing in the Thursday 17th issue, & no magazine on Thursday 24th

I drove down to the 'Planet X' store at Worsbrough this morning, to buy new front lighting

I've seen them plenty of times, but rarely been in a position to stop & photograph them but at NewMillerDam (on the race-route, along the A61, between Wakefield & Barnsley), the banners from last years tour are still up

Sorry, for the image quality, but it was a rather dismal, over-cast, showery morning

The women's race covers a full road stage for the first time and becomes the richest women's race in cycling. Oh and it's sponsored by Asda.

Mrs A and I follow a lot of road races - retired OAPs you see, and this race was one of the best experiences ever. Friendly, accessible and a challenging course providing loads of entertainment. Really looking forward to seeing it again.
