Hard to argue with Hushvold there though, the guy's incredible. And probably my favourite rider now.
Love to know the conversation between him and Moncoutié, it looked to me as though the two were working together then Moncoutié shook his head. It looked like game over, and even the commentators said Hushvold had stopped.... but it wasn't the case. Not much later, Hushvold powered away from Moncoutié and breezed passed Roy. Awesome.
I wouldn't rule Hushvold out of the points competition just yet either. The way he's been riding so far, he just could keep them notching up.

I can't remember where they are but Garmin posted stats last week and they were hitting 55mph on low climbs, I wonder what they hit today and yesterday 70mph ?

Thor looked as if he couldn't quite believe he'd managed it. Poor Roy looked gutted at the finish but the polka dots seemed to cheer him up a bit - hope he keeps hold of it tomorrow.
