The second half should be good, but I think that the first week could end up being very dull.

The giro looks like it will start with a bang here. More Strade and a couple of mountains early on.

The Giro was a beaut and a brute last year, better in many ways than the TdF.

With next year's routes, I think the change in hierarchy in the Grand Tours has been confirmed. The thing is that the teams and the public still see the Tour as the pinnacle, however much tougher and more interesting the Giro is.
