I would say yes they are just folk out on the piss , a proper cycling fan would not put the riders at risk, nor I imagine would they get a kick out of getting their bare arse on telly

I subjected my wife to "that's the bit elder McNobberette and I watched from in 2006*..." during the live coverage and the highlights 🤣
She looked as disinterested during the highlights as she did during the live coverage.
*the stage where Landis had a few 'drinkies' the night before to power him to the win...

It's a bit of both, the motorcyclists should have given them room, there should have been barriers which is the bigger issue. And perhaps Pogacar should maybe have had a wee glance up the road first but I'm sure the last thing he was expecting was to see a motorbike in his way

First of all chapeau Rodriguez...great ride,full of confidence going past them and winning the stage !
But without the motorbikes blocking Pogi i think he would have taken the bonus seconds and more than likely gone on to win the stage.
But hey ho..that's racing.Massive rides by Van Aert...how the feck did he come back ! Adam Yates aswell who's looking fantastic. Jumbo threw everything they had at that stage today as UAE did the previous lol.

I’m also guilty of that but luckily Mrs Dr B is sufficiently indoctrinated that we had planned to watch the end of today’s stage at a cycle caff in the city centre. I was summoned away by Ma Bollo to deal with a plumbing issue, so MDB stayed on and then spoilered me while I was walking home. 😡
Anyways, just caught up with the stage. Col crowds eh?
